I'm not familiar. I'll take the simplest example - on this very forum, there was a thread asking for help in translating into "Noldorin" or something like that, in general, the language of the Noldor. When I pointed out that, according to the Professor, there were only two Elvish languages - Quenya and Sindarin, I was told that each Elven people had their own dialect and that they differed from each other, and that specifically the Noldorin language was needed. Tolkien didn't even fully develop these two languages into a complete dictionary, and here they've come up with a separate language for each tribe. And there are many other examples of this on the internet.
