Creation, like "Tiamat," for example?

I'm not familiar with it. I'll take a simple example – there was a thread on this very forum asking for help in translating into "Noldorin" or something like that, in other words, the language of the Noldor. When I pointed out that, according to the Professor, there were only two Elvish languages – Quenya and Sindarin, I was told that each Elven people had its own dialect and that they differed from each other, and that specifically the Noldorin language was needed. Tolkien didn't fully develop these two languages into complete dictionaries, and here they've come up with a separate language for each tribe. And there are many other examples of this on the internet.
