which is better to build first after the Castle, not on Jebus – horses in the Castle or angels in the Fortress? 2 angels are probably good, but still, 6 horses + massed swordsmen + massed archers.

If there are prospects for archers (preferably early ones), then it's definitely better to build to level 7; if not, then horses. But in general, it usually depends on the situation. By the way, building horses in the Castle is very rare for me.
