By the way, the legendary orcish weapon is a hammer.
Here, it's more about the owner than the weapon itself. The hammer itself is quite mediocre, with no special properties, compared to Ashbringer and Frostmourne, and even Sulfuras and Thunderfury will be better. Or are we talking about different hammers?
