I haven't checked everything, but this caught my eye.
Galthran (Skeletons) – 10-20 instead of 15-25
Gosha currently seems to have stacks of 20-30 skeletons, while other Necromancers have 25-35. Although these were changed several times, I might be mistaken.
In SoD, it seems to be 20-30 for everyone.
Stacks of 10-20 and 15-25 were used when playing with Necromancy fixes. The Necro Patch restored normal stacks.
Shakti (Troglodytes) – 15-25 instead of 20-30
The HotA army is listed correctly, but the SoD one...
