I think the "AND" conjunction should be here.

Initially, I thought "OR" would be correct, but then I realized that it would be wrong to prevent a level 2 hero from participating in a battle if their parent is only level 1. Therefore, I'm making the correction.

I didn't understand about the randomizer; is the selection made from these 4 templates, or from all the templates available in the Workshop?!

The randomizer selects from all templates that the Workshop chat can generate.
A new generation will occur upon restart. I think this will be interesting. BUT. If a Random template is chosen, the castles are selected immediately, and only then is a random template generated, but the castles are no longer overwritten.
