I agree that it is beneficial for you when people live and nourish hatred, but you still carry out attacks.;) And I can explain why: the mirror of fire has either not yet encountered a worthy person, or it shows the Krigan what they want to see (for clan leaders, this is even politically advantageous), because there are people who are no strangers to love, compassion, honor, and mercy. Such people are few among nobles and even among Knight. They wander the world carrying the word of kindness and spreading it among other people through sermons and good deeds when they were required. The Krigan did not like that their source of power was practically being taken away from them; this is where the eternal enmity between Heaven and Hell began (if judging by Heroes of Might and Magic). It was the demons who struck the first blow. You can claim as much as you want that own goodness is an illusion and a myth, but that is like claiming that the color green does not exist.:)
