What would you change in Heroes of Might and Magic IV?

No, but are they hitting at the same time? :)

I assume we're not talking about the moment of impact. Any war won't wait for the opponent to take out half of their unit with one hit or even kill us. The first strike, as a property, looks better. It's a strong tool in battle in itself.
