everything is going great (so I borrowed your strategy, added some of my own) even without machines, the game is going with minimal losses
(but they still exist, 40+ dogs can't kill 3 stacks of druids/archmages/archers, and cavemen go after them (but that's just nitpicking =)) in general, it's just excellent.
