Siberians are a mix of Russians, Siberian natives, Tatars, and others. This mixing releases additional energy. Plus, passionarity concentrates on the periphery of the area (like a bonfire – the center dies down, but the edges burn). Therefore, Siberians are practically a new ethnic group that emerged in the 17th-18th centuries. Russia emerged in the 13th century. There is a difference. A revolution is not necessarily required. A simple palace coup will suffice. Most of the country will not interfere and will watch it on television (as in 1991 and 1993). And other countries – it's none of their business. We must unite against an external threat.
