Let’s come up with a monster.

Coward/Scaredy-cat: Attack - 17-23/20-27. Defense - 10/15. Initiative - 15/20. Features: Ranged attacker. Chance to flee the battlefield - 15%. After upgrade, the chance increases to 20%. I just don't know what race they belong to. :) If this monster has already been posted here, please excuse me.
