Of course not. Talking to oneself is a perfectly normal phenomenon that occurs in most people. Talking to oneself allows one to put a fleeting thought into a more solid form and listen to how it sounds. If a person doesn't talk to himself, doesn't even mumble something from time to time, then he probably doesn't think at all, he leads a vegetative existence.
