Cheating in the anniversary edition.

In general, I thought a solution had been found here...
but, I have to disappoint you.
Ubisoft doesn't monitor or block anything.
I once played with a guy, I don't remember his nickname, and in real-time (without any save/load manipulations), he created 5,000 infantry units. And all of this in a game on Ubi.com! Outrageous!!!
So, he had a unit, but he somehow changed its quantity...
Are there any options? Any kind of anti-cheat system?
Has anyone tried to contact the developers?
Any messages on a foreign forum?
After all, we have a licensed copy...
