The climate is harsh, and there are not many opportunities for industrial development, etc. Moreover, thank God, no one is planning to develop Siberia significantly right now. Belarus – yes, it might be a good place to live there. But for whom? For pensioners. But not for young people. Russia will exist for a very, very long time. Life here will not improve.
