Heroic International – A Manifesto

It's not a given. You can win enough games in one or two rounds to get so far ahead that no one can catch up. Or, you could still be lagging behind after all ten rounds. The rating system will take into account the number of games played. This will allow us to identify both the strongest players in individual rounds and the strongest overall. We will organize everything together; the experience of the organizers is important. I promise to provide full support to the organizers of each stage. I will take on the overall coordination of the tournament (if no one objects).
