From day one, I was 80% sure that the town would lose, with such a herd mentality, victory was out of the question. I was 70% sure that Gill was Mafia; someone who eliminates players so early on is either a newbie or Mafia, haha. Regarding recruitment... it's a silly skill. You're playing as the town, and suddenly you get recruited, which is not cool at all. In this game, it was even more unfortunate because the town already had little chance of winning, and then it had no chance at all. When I found out that the Demon Worshippers were Gill, Jack, Arko, and Slonysh, I immediately stopped playing seriously because there was no intrigue or meaning left. The Demon Worshippers are dominating, and the town is losing.
