Now, a couple of points regarding the rules. There are many participants, so this seems necessary.
1. Is it possible to run away with heroes and then buy them back and use them on the same day?

Yes. This is not prohibited. If you have enough funds, you can buy back your heroes on the same day. In addition, it is also not prohibited to use the "Hero Excavator" if you need it.

2. I patched the game, but the bug remains. It is possible to cast magic twice in a row with a hero on the battlefield, and this is not saved, and the game will not say that you are a cheater.
What should I do about this?

Casting magic twice in one round is considered a bug. I suggest not using it. If you bypass this bug, I will ask you to find a way to justify it :) "like, let Axe cast magic twice as well" - this is up to you. If you think you have the right, you can cast it... There is a way to check your playthrough in detail. And it's not about a "sniffer"... Officially, casting magic twice in one turn is prohibited.

In case of doubt, any player has the full right to demand a detailed description of your playthrough, and it is possible to calculate your playthrough step by step. And you know that...

So, if, for example, with negative morale, you get a bonus every turn, it is better for you to replay that battle... :) we have experience, so to speak...
