Which hero is the best in the Tribes of the East expansion?

I usually play as Iranon (on small maps) because of his fast leveling and quick acquisition of elemental skills, similar to Sorghal. For larger maps, I prefer Synitar, although he gains elemental skills less frequently at the beginning, or Vaishan due to his rapid luck stat increase.
