A THREAD FOR NEWCOMERS!

In the editor, you can build a town hall and a capitol – but this is not possible in the game. There are no events related to building these structures. Why is this the case, and how can it be fixed? Deleting the castle and placing a new one with blackjack and hookers is not an option. For those who are willing, I've attached a map with 8 starting castles, and in none of them can you build a town hall. Maybe someone can figure out how to fix it. -_-
