Well, that's a rather weak argument, please don't take it personally :)
Instead, tell me why Arandor couldn't be a Sorcerer?

And why aren't you commenting on the evidence related to Gur? :(

Regarding Reg - "The pentagram has long been used as a symbol protecting against evil."
For a long time, the pentagram was a symbol of health and life. It was believed to be able to protect against evil spirits, evil spells, and witchcraft. The pentagon (a regular pentagon) is a symbol of perfection and eternity, a powerful amulet of health, and a magical tool in magic rituals. In the Middle Ages, it was often seen at the entrance to a house as protection against the devil and evil spirits.
Again, it's not a fact that Reg is an occultist.
I commented on the evidence back then; it doesn't seem convincing enough to me. But I admit you might be right. That's why I'm sending the Thief to Gur.
And who do you think Reg is, and what was the point of mentioning the pentagram?
