Yesterday, I tried to discuss with Yura in ICQ the issue, and his attitude towards it didn't please me at all, namely: which programs should be installed on the computers. Yura's approach: we'll arrive and figure it out on the spot - this doesn't suit me at all, because the guys from St. Petersburg arrive later, and also, previous events have shown that installing and configuring programs on the fly takes a couple of hours, which is time taken away from the tournament. Maybe Eric doesn't have experience setting up WoT, but he will definitely install SoD without any problems. WoT, at worst, is installed by simply copying the directory and placing the dat file with the tournament settings, which can be sent electronically. If something doesn't work, asm and Mee should arrive in the morning. But we need to have the WoT distribution at hand, and not download it (especially since, as far as I remember, the server's distribution is not the fastest).

So, here is a list of programs that don't necessarily need to be installed, but their distributions should be at hand on the morning of April 30, 2011 (if something is unnecessary, or I forgot something, please correct me):
WoT with a ready-made dat file with settings for the tournament;
SoD with an exe file that runs without a CD;
TE-Lite (Kiev version, but without a limit on the number of units);
HD-mod (whether someone wants to play on it or not - it doesn't matter) must be installed on at least 1 computer to fix the bug with the silvering;
Lighter, autosave, animation accelerator for SoD;
Chaos patch.

Ideally, there should be files with map templates on which the tournament is held, and the tournament rules.

mikoga, what they will stream, cards for poker, etc. - is up to the players' discretion.
