HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

IMHO, my priorities would be:

1. The ability to configure starting resources.
2. Setting the timer so that time does not tick until the "End Turn" button is pressed. This is relevant since turns can drag on for up to half an hour.

Other things, like 3-5 minute turns, are very secondary.

Fixing original bugs could also be made into a separate module because that is definitely a change to the original gameplay.
