Clarification of the CIS rules for 2010-11.

Unfortunately, pairs of players will be in practically different rooms, with a wall between them. It would be better if the players were facing each other, like in "Legion," as you saw.
But we need to accommodate many players; in "Legion," only half could fit. It's only suitable for an internet center with 34 computers and a few more connections for laptops.
