HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

It's easy to build dwellings of level 2 from the start. I don't have any free time right now. I'll do it when I have time.

At this rate, it will turn out to be just another WT with a different name.

I don't think it's necessary to do this. The originality of the mod lies in the fact that it doesn't affect the balance. And that's the main thing.

The interface is a different matter.
