The first player listed in the pair chooses who will start creating the maps and who will host. The second player listed in the pair chooses who will start selecting the factions and colors. The order of selection is: map - color - faction - host. The complete rules, including all amendments (including the recommended difficulty level - ship (hard)), will be published tomorrow.
