Clarification of the CIS rules for 2010-11.

Of course. There's no penalty for it, so it doesn't give red an advantage.

- Maybe add ...(and computers)? Or can you use the initial bonus from a captured computer on the first day? (two words, not many letters)

There are no computers on the CM and Jebus maps. But on all other maps, redrash is allowed.

If you can't use them from hidden locations and portals, then there's no point in using them regardless of the wind strength or weather conditions /troops from hidden locations and portals are a bonus!/

Remove two items from the "Not counted" section, and rephrase the items in the "Counted" section.

Why is this a bonus... maybe angels built on a 121 dwelling are also a bonus?

That is, someone got a hidden location with dragons and got lucky, and if they don't even have to fight, for example, the guard from a Lich's lair, it's somehow not fair play, the whole difficulty lies in the guard/adding to the list of hidden locations/

There's no need to complicate the rule unnecessarily. It has been used in this form for a long time. And it was also used in the previous CIS Championship.

If an unguarded hidden location is given, then it's just luck. It doesn't create any total imbalance (unlike the same artifacts), it's all within the margin of error of the generator.

P.S. about the final round - it's unacceptable, if this is just my opinion, then it can be ignored (since I may not be on the list of players), all other points need to be clarified.

Unfortunately, the conditions of the competition require taking into account such situations - trains leave around 6-7 pm.

And a champion needs to be determined on time, playing the game on the train or online is much less acceptable than what I described.

In the last tournament, there was a story with the Pit-Vitalik game, which they couldn't finish because Pit had to leave. And I was given an unassignable task - control against a mosha. Luckily, it wasn't the final game, otherwise, they would still be arguing about it.
