There are no computers on the CM and Jebus maps. But on all other maps, redrash is allowed.

If you can't use them from hidden locations and portals, then there's no point in using them regardless of the wind strength or weather conditions /troops from hidden locations and portals are a bonus!/

Remove two items from the "Not counted" section, and rephrase the items in the "Counted" section.

There's no need to complicate the rule unnecessarily. It has been used in this form for a long time. And it was also used in the previous CIS Championship.

If an unguarded hidden location is given, then it's just luck. It doesn't create any total imbalance (unlike the same artifacts), it's all within the margin of error of the generator.
