Could you swap the positions of the Psionicists and Fairies in the deployment? Also, the 1-round damage output of the Fish and Goblins seems a bit high. Maybe replace Fish + Fish? Or perhaps 20 Fairies each?
I don't think that's possible. 3+3 Fish will deal less damage than 2 Psionicists, and since 6 Chickens can destroy a stack, they will likely choose the Psionicists.
