There are no Death Knights there.
Conclusion: No! Death Knights can only appear as neutral creatures, as in "Heroes of Might and Magic V".

Vampires are designed to resemble Death Knights; this was noted by the developers themselves.
Also, "Death Knight" is a warrior class.
