Some newbie with the nickname "Happy New Year!" and level 1 killed me with a dagger.

1) In WoW, you can't create a nickname consisting of two or more separate words.
2) In WoW, it's impossible for a level 1 character to kill a level 10 character.
The moral of the story is: before writing nonsense, you should at least learn a little about the game.
