I have the same problem with the map "The Empire of the World II". I've already given all the wandering heroes a beating, but the heroes that I need to defeat don't appear. They're not there at all. Maybe you can suggest what to do. I need to defeat Robin Hood, King Arthur, the God of Water, and someone else.
