Horn. A man with a big heart, very hospitable. He has a friendly character, I never noticed any squabbles.

Alan Prost. I don't even know what to write about Andrei Alexandrovich. The best of the Heroes players.

Dilvish. Very cultured and intelligent, a very smart guy.

Perhaps only Lesha Chaos fits your definition, he was a fighter by nature, and he could swear. But only if he was seriously provoked, there was no aggression.

As for the players. I won't write much about Tyoma Stinger. Andrei, Phil, Joker, Mega Pes - very cultured people, it was nice to communicate with them. I know Bishop less, but in general he is calm, businesslike, I don't remember any squabbles about him. Antal is a fighter, but I haven't noticed any aggression from him outside the game screen. Master of Lightning is a rare intellectual, cultured and benevolent.
