I'll say right away that no wolves can spawn in Orcish outposts (or any other outposts) - check the "Maps" and "User Mods" folders in the game installation directory for any mods or maps containing mods - then, in dwellings, say, of the third level, there will be creatures of the third level, and not some wolves or yetis.
