In my humble opinion, this person is a complete jerk. Two out of their three messages are gibberish, a meaningless collection of words with exclamation marks and a couple of swear words. Meaningless messages just to inflate the counter. A meaningless medal that clanmates awarded themselves for appearances, having nothing to do with their skill level. Clan members boosting each other's morale for every message to inflate the counter.
