I don't think so... but actually, an add-on will be released that will include all the patches.

Do you think this add-on will include patch 1.4? The add-on will only include up to version 1.3. Since the add-on is coming out very soon... I think they simply won't have time to include patch 1.4. It's possible that some of the add-on discs have already been produced and are just waiting to be released... And it definitely won't include patch 1.4... It will only be up to version 1.3, that's 100%.
