Skills in the game

I would like to ask: what is the purpose of the "Eagle Eye" skill in the game? In my opinion, it is the most useless skill in the game, or maybe there is some hidden use for it? I would like to hear the answer from experienced players (I myself thought that there are no useless skills and tried to find a use for it, but I couldn't).
