CIS Club Championship 2010-2011

The stars aligned in such a way that I was able to reschedule my May Day corporate event. Although, maybe it wasn't the stars, maybe my signature worked:).
But nevertheless, the option of coming and joining the Russian company is back on the agenda.

I understand that because of Peter's arrival, the first round might not start on the 30th?
By the time everyone gathers, arrives, and has a welcome meeting, etc... :) Moscow is completely silent - it's unclear when they will arrive, probably also in the afternoon?
And when will the games start? In the morning of the 30th or in the afternoon? What should those who arrive before Peter do? There aren't many options for getting there (other than by car), only through Rostov, arriving on the 30th at 8:00 AM, or through Voronezh, arriving on the 1st at 9:00 AM. Therefore, I would like a little more clarity to make a decision.
