I don't quite understand... who are you talking about? Was one of them at Amka's? Thoria's? Or are you talking about the cops?

And who visited Gil besides the cops? Let someone else protect him if he needs it. There should always be one cop with Gil. Who else is there... a detective, a doctor, a pimp... the doctor is probably dead, and the detective might be too. The pimp is probably not stupid enough to go to Gil.
The cops are to blame because they were in the house shortly before the incident. I think the first cop was checking on Morny's status.
The second cop, a defiler, visited me. Besides him, Doctor Flandre also treated me. And the suspicious person is most likely the Special. Because Detective Morny is in the block, and the Journalist's ND is not displayed. I don't think the Pimp was stupid enough to think of me as a Geisha.
