LehaGlad, I'm not sure about changing the specialization by editing the resources, but there's another, simpler way: in the map editor, take a hero with the "+350 gold" specialization and edit his skills, portrait, name, and biography... For example, in your case, give Nimbus an Advanced/Expert skill in Estates.
