A debate has started here. Question for those in the know. Can a frozen rock (a stash of Azure Dragons) be generated on a skill map?

I don't know about the stash.
Once I saw 1 blue dragon as a Guardian, and that was in a War Tournament. I haven't seen it in a Stronghold map.
