Online qualifier for the CIS Championship.

I apologize to the esteemed audience for being so late and trying to jump on the bandwagon of a departing train. I will try to justify myself: I learned about the tournament in Michurinsk a month ago, and a month was spent clarifying with my family and friends the possibility of the trip. Now such an opportunity has appeared, which I informed Eric about two days ago.
Unfortunately, we have certain difficulties with participating in the qualifying rounds. It makes no sense to hold it in Krasnodar, because besides me and Yuri, no one will come to it:( Yuri will be able to play online in two weeks due to his busy work schedule; I can play on Fridays or Saturdays from 10:00 PM to morning, and it turns out that we are already running out of time:(
I don't know how to proceed in this situation; let the community decide. (I suggest giving us two quotas for the final as pseudo-virtual winners of the Krasnodar qualifying round:))
