You can easily take Haggeesh and level him up to, say, level 24:

- Skilled Blood Wrath - Reinforcements - Remembrance of Our Blood - Magic Resistance
- Skilled Attack - Ranged Attack
- Skilled Leadership - Rally Troops - Battle Frenzy - Haste Aura
- Skilled Logistics
- Skilled Dark Obscuration - Dark Curse - Dark Weakness
- Ethereal Luck - Magic Resistance.

I don't understand why an Orc needs ranged attack? A stack of Centaurs is only good for clearing neutral creatures, but they are the first ones to be blocked or spellbound in a battle against a Necromancer. It's better to upgrade Retribution in attack: the combination with leadership will look better. Forget about Logistics for the mentor in this case; an Orc without defense can easily be defeated by Rogues... Magic Resistance won't help us much. Necromancers can easily reduce this parameter. Leadership actually looks better here than Luck.
Regarding Shamans. Calculate how many you need to block a Necromancer's spell with a spellcasting skill of 20 and a 5th-level spell. If they don't block it, there's a high chance they will be charmed. So why give an entire stack to the enemy?! Therefore, we only take Shamans if they are going to block spells. In principle, it's not that difficult to accumulate them – 800-900: the main thing is to have 4-5 heroes with a cart...))) Although, on the other hand, if we can't accumulate them, there is only one option: look for artifacts against Berserk and so on.
