Technical issues with Heroes III.

HELP!!!! By the way, after installing the HD mod for Heroes of Might and Magic III: The Shadow of Death, half of the text is in Russian, and half is in English. The "Armageddon's Blade" and "New Game," "Load Game" texts are also slightly shifted to the left (I downloaded the Russian version of the HD mod). It's a minor issue, but I'd like to have a single language and a normal main menu. I found the "lang" file in the "data" folder and tried to change the language, but it didn't work. Does anyone know how to fix these problems? Thanks in advance.
