Just listened to it yesterday, and I liked it.
True, Volk needs some foreign folk music.

I got hooked on it about a year ago. The lyrics are amazing. Although it's not exactly folk - it's hard to define the genre; the terms "role-playing song" and "author's song" don't really fit, in my opinion, because the first makes me think of Filigon and Sauronich, and the second - of Vysotsky and Vizbor... I also like Yovin and Kanzler Gi.

From Russian folk, I recommend Troll Gnet Yel :) And from foreign, Blackmore's Night, of course, if you haven't heard them.
