I completed the map, but I probably messed up with the save files.
Explain again where and what to send. Do I need to send the saves I made at the end of each turn as well?
And what format should the description be in? This is my first time.
Is there an example?

Keep the save files you made at the end of each turn.
And the last save file is the one you make right before you take the last step (action) that leads you to victory. You need to send it to the organizer's email address (it's usually listed on the first page of the thread).
