Rick, do you happen to know if the hotel has double rooms for 1320 rubles per night? Single rooms are 1100, which is understandable, but maybe double rooms will be available at that price (they were in the fall...).
I'll look into all the options. Apartments, hostels... and I'll make some suggestions.
