Regarding the topic that was raised, I think the issue of accommodation is secondary. The deadlines are important, but with a proper approach, they can be met in any scenario. What prevents someone from taking the save from a long-running game at the club and finishing it on laptops in the hotel? Of course, it's more convenient to play there, but who can guarantee that there won't be any issues? This issue also needs to be discussed in advance + laptops and cables should be counted to make sure everyone has enough. If we play at the club, it's better to stay in the city, preferably close to the club, to minimize travel time. Considering the size of the city, it will probably be no more than 15 minutes. The losses from participants spreading out are usually much greater. :smile22:
