It's just that in Mafia 27, the problem was that my reveal didn't affect the outcome...
Say what you want, but I think the GM should decide what rules he wants to create. And if he thinks that "reveals" like Arka's are a violation, he will create a corresponding rule. And if you read them incorrectly and violate them, then may the GM's punishment befall you, because that's your problem. But if the GM is lenient towards such tricks, then he thinks it's okay.

And by the way, I don't know about you, but "dry" rules don't stop me and don't take away the fun, because I read the main text, not how it's formatted.
