The magic and skills system also degrades; the number of magic schools increases, but the number of skills and spells decreases, as if it's expanding horizontally. Moreover, you need skill points to learn a spell or choose a school, and if you learn something you don't like later, you can re-spec – it's some kind of nonsense!
