I can't beat the "Croatia" map.

Hmm... Perhaps the map is simply unfinished: in the northeast of the surface area and in the east of the underground area, there are strange wastelands and a river that suddenly ends abruptly. It seems the author didn't test the map. :( Also, considering that all the teleporters are located in the dungeon, it's impossible to move up/down, which means victory is impossible. You could probably finish the map yourself (which would require some work!) to be able to complete it, but you'd still have to start over. Or just give up...
