Since the deadline for this tournament is approaching its logical conclusion, couldn't we find out the EXACT deadline for submitting the final save file!?

13. The tournament starts on October 25th and will last until November 15th (inclusive!). The results will be announced on November 17th.
That is, you can send your save file no later than November 15th at 24:00 Moscow time.;)
